The Town Hall in Homer traces its roots back to 1908. The town commissioned Syracuse architect Charles Colton to design a new building. Selecting the classic style popular at the time, work commenced in late 1908 and was completed in 1909. It features doric-style columns and a dome atop its three stories.
The building still carries out its original function. Work was begun in 2009 to restore and renovate the build once again to ensure its prolonged use.
