This sculpture consists of three wind driven steel spinners suspended in a cast concrete frame. The frame is an extension of a concrete line up a small berm. The berm raises the sculpture up about 5 feet from the surrounding area. The concrete is tinted a slight pink color and the spinners are rusted steel. The piece is next to, and visually related to the nearby Da Vinci Flying Machine sculpture dedicated November 23, 2011. There is no plaque or label on the piece.
