This church was built 1911 by the architect Karl Siebold (* 18. November 1854 in Schildesche; † 16. Juli 1937 in Bethel).
It is situated in Pestalozzistraße 14 in the south of Recklinghausen.
There are four clocks of the same design decorating the bell tower of the church. The face of the clock is of white colour. The hands and the Roman numbers are black, and there are markers for the minutes.
The top of the steeple is made of copper.
