The Nedlands 25 pounder is across the road from the Nedlands War Memorial and is a memorial to all gunners who died in service or were killed in action in all the conflicts in which Australia has been involved. This Mk 11 field gun saw service from 1940 to 1963 and was involved in the Battle of Alamein in 1942.
