[FR] Guy Savoy a ouvert il y a quelques décennies cette halte gourmande des quais, entre Notre-Dame et le Pont Neuf. Récemment transformée par Jean-Michel Wilmotte, la maison est encore plus accueillante qu'avant avec son cadre noir/blanc/gris, et sa salle "imprimerie" avec ses livres comme projetés sur les murs. Un cadre idéal pour se régaler de mets classiques voire d’inspiration "fusion" ; signés Stéphane Perraud.
[EN] It is set in one of the most beautiful of Parisian quarters and is named after the famous book sellers that supply old, rare and antique books, plus it is in the area known for its fabulous art galleries.
Les Bouquinistes is situated in the 6th arrondissement of Paris and in a fantastic position that looks on the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Pont Neuf bridge.
Reservations are essential at Les Bouquinistes if you do not want to be disappointed, especially for an evening and the dress code is smart casual.
