The Monument to Queen Emma is a small statue of Queen Emma located in Baarn. The statue was made by the Dutch sculptor Gerrit Jan van der Veen and and is located at the Gerrit van der Veenlaan. The monument was created by order of the Royal Dutch Family and is near the Emma bridge.
The statue stands on a high pedestal. The queen regent is walking with an umbrella in one hand and a (Psalm?) Book in the other.. In a addition, a bit lower a mosaic is applied showing a female figure holding the coats of arms of the principality Waldeck and the municipality of Baarn. The coats of arms of Baarn shows a horse led by a slave.
