Possibly the second largest lobster in North America, it is at least eight feet long and is incredibly well detailed. It does a wonderful job of informing the passerby of the nature of product they will find within.

Begun in 1976, selling out of a pickup truck, Clearwater has grown to become the largest holder of shellfish licenses in Canada and one of the world's leading seafood companies. They operate a fleet of fishing vessels and a series of processing plants in eastern Canada.

Headquartered in Bedford, Nova Scotia, the corporate headquarters are part of one of their two holding facilities, which distribute live lobster and other shellfish products to ECommerce customers across North America. It also ships live lobster worldwide.

The company harvests shellfish exclusively, with products including lobster, clams, snow crab, shrimp, scallops and masago (roe of the capelin).
