The Roman Catholic church of Niedergösgen was built in 1904 on the remains of medieval castle. At the west side of the building there is a very small cemetery for former priests of the community; the public cemetery is at the norther border of town.
In front of a bronze statue of Jesus there are three headstones with currently six names on it. Two of the priests had died before the church was built, so the graves must have been relocated. The headstones do not carry any other inscriptions than the names, dates and professions.
Name of church or churchyard: Schlosskirche
