Located in front of the Oddfellow's Hall is a small plaque that reads:
ODDFELLOW'S HALL 1910THE THIRD IOOF LODGE ON THIS SITE SINCE 1854.
THE INTERNATIONAL ORDER OF ODDFELLOWS
IS A CHARITABLE WELFARE LODGE
WHICH WAS ESPECIALLY INFLUENTIAL
IN THE HISTORIC WEST.
IOOF LODGES ARE AMONG THE
MOST IMPORTANT BUILDINGS
IN MANY AMERICAN TOWNS.
THE SONOMA LODGE MERGED
WITH THE PETALUMA LODGE IN 1991

The building itself contains the letters 'IOOF' in brick that protrude from the brick face. There is also a stone piece on the left front face that reads 'IOOF'. I couldn't obtain any additional info on the IOOF lodge and whether they continue to hold meetings in the building or not.
