Der grosse, weiße Trafoturm steht direkt an der Brohlstrasse neben einem Kinderspielplatz.
Der Trafo im inneren ist von der Türe aus deutlich zu hören. Der Turm ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand und außen mit Wurmputz geschützt.
Fuf einem kleinen Schild an der Türe ist der Stromversorger "RWE (BV Rauschermühle)" und der Name der Station "Station Niederzissen
Brohltalstrasse " zu lesen.
