According to her
FindAGrave entry, and an ancestry.com article quoted therein, centenarian Eliza
Buzzard Woodall (1831-1935) founded this chapel in 1872, when she was 41 years old. Apart from that, an extensive web search found many "hits" for the cemetery, but nothing else for the chapel itself.
The L-shaped cemetery is to the right of the chapel (as you look toward the only entrance way in the front), and behind the chapel. The church does not appear to have heat or air conditioning. And outdoor plumbing is available, but I doubt that it has indoor plumbing also. That being the case, perhaps the chapel is only used during funerals. But it is still being used. It was even updated to have a wheelchair ramp.
