Body, Mind, and Soul, was accomplished by talented artist Patrick Field.
It is a very stylized marble sculpture and there is something intriguing about abstract art; it is always subjective and possibly obscure and left to one's interpretation.
Patrick Field's Body, Mind, and Soul is no exception. The smooth contours of the sculpture enlivens the spirit into harmony with the mind and body.
Well, that is my interpretation.
When I first saw this sculpture, I thought I had seen it before in Castlegar. However, it is very similar to one in the Art Farm.
Purpose: To engage citizens and visitors in the creation of public art. To encourage conversation and support for public art.
