Granite caves form differently to a limestone cave. The cave is created by a water running stream of millions of years.
The entrance to the cave is quite narrow and abseiling or ladder is needed to reach the drop at approx 6m from the entrance.
Then you are able to follow upstream for a number of metres.
At its deepest the cave is approx 40m underground.
Inside there are chambers that are tight in spots and clambering is required.
You will get quite dirty exploring the system.
Experience is essential to enter.
The cave has only 1 entry/exit point.
It is approx a 700m walk from the car park to the cave entry.
