Stooping sculpture of a woman who makes figures with sand on the floor.

The floors in the various rooms of many Drenthe farms consisted of large chunks Bentheim sandstone paving in red and blue colors.
The floor lookes cold and chilly.
Because carpet was not usual, was to decorate the floor with sand once a week made a kind of decoration, a sand carpet applied.
