Underneath there's a road that leads to the Venetian main entrance and Las Vegas Blvd.
The Venetian opened in 1999 with several recognizable landmarks of Venice. The replicas are almost unbelievable. In there you can see the Palazzo Ducale, Piazza San Marco, Piazzetta di San Marco, the Lion of Venice Column and the Column of Saint Theodore, St Mark's Campanile, and the Rialto Bridge.

Description of Covered Bridge: The bridge is a very similar replica of the Rialto Bridge in Venice. Main differences are that it provides total cover and uses wide windows to protect pedestrians from the elements. Made with concrete, of course.
