This mine is located at Medvednica mountain near Zagreb, Croatia. It is known as Zrinski Mine and currently it is opened only for tourist visits. It was actively mined since 16th century. Galena was extracted here. The main motivation was extraction of silver from galena, but it was very unefficient because of low share of silver within galena ore. The mining activities were stopped in 17th century.
