At a small turnout/picnic area along Highway 50 stands this lonely, disused silo. It is of block construction, and missing its roof and doors, and is surrounded only by cropland. It appears to be the size associated with a small family farm, but the other farm structures associated with it are gone, and the area is dominated by large scale crop production operations.
