Auf dem Platz üben und spielen im Sommer die verschiedenen Mannschaften des Baseball- und Softballverein Bad Homburg Hornets e.V (Jugend, Damen, Herren). Im Winter wird in der Halle trainiert.

Die erste Mannschaft der Hornets spielt in der ersten Bundesliga (visit link) . Aber auch die Nachwuchsförderung wird groß geschrieben. So wurde Anfang 2016 die TBA, die "Taunus Baseball Academy" gegründet. Dort können Jugendliche Nachwuchspieler drei mal die Woche trainieren und auch die schulische Weiterbildung wird beachtet.

The first men team of the Hornets plays in first German national division. However, this kind of sport is in Germany not as famous as in the United States. So the players in Germany can not make a living from their plays (amateur team player).
The club also supports the training of the joung players (starting at the age of 4 years). In the beginning of 2016 the club foundet the TBA, the "Taunus Baseball Academy". Young players (from 14 to 19 years (visit link) ) excersice three times the week - and their general school education is taken care of as well.
