This camera is mounted high atop Executive House, a high rise condo on the northeast corner of the intersection of Harvey Avenue (Highway 97) and Richter Street. It looks southwest over the intersection as far as Okanagan Lake and the hills beyond. The hills to the left are the site of the 2003 Kelowna wildfire and the bump to the right is Boucherie Mountain, in West Kelowna.
Visiting
Given that this camera updates every minute, one need only stand at the coordinates for about two minutes to ensure that they're captured on a minimum of one frame. Unfortunately, though it's possible to replay the day, it only replays as a movie, one minute per frame, and can't be shuttled, though it can be started and stopped. This means that one will need the help of another person at their computer to visit the webcam.
Alternatively, if one has an internet connection in their hand tuned to the URL below, they only need wait until they appear on their screen, then save that frame.
