EN: The stately two-storey villa is located at the northwest corner of the Petersplatz in Basel. The house probably dates from the late 18th or early 19th century. It has a symmetrically arranged façade.

I could not find any documents on its history, but it cwas acquired by the Cancer League thanks to a large donation and is to going to become the new headquarters of the organization after a renovation from mid-2017 onwards.

DE: Die stattliche zweistöckige Villa steht an der nordwestlichen Ecke des Petersplatzes in Basel. Das Haus stammt vermutlich aus dem späten 18. oder frühen 19. Jahrhundert. Es hat eine symmetrisch gegliederte Fassade.

Ich konnte keine Dokumente über seine Geschichte finden, aber es konnte durch eine grosse Spende von der Krebsliga gekauft werden und soll nach einer Renovation ab Mitte 2017 das neue Hauptquartier der Organisation werden.
