A duplicate church finial on Shawbury Ln., on the path leading up to St Cuthbert's church, Shustoke.
Possibly placed here having been dislodged and replaced, or they got one free when ordering a set of 4 when the top stage of the tower and the spire were added in the second half of the 15th century.
It appears to be being used as an impromptu war memorial, although no official reference could be found.
