From children's bikes to adults, from sidewalk bikes to recumbents and trikes, road bikes to mountain bikes, they have it or can get it. The personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have all the parts and accessories you could want or need. A big draw is that they will not hound you to buy things you don't want. They are there to make long-term customers, not get your money once and not see you again. And their customers appreciate it and keep coming back.

Your Experience:
I was resurrecting a bicycle that had sat in the garage for over 30 years. Obviously, it needed some work and parts. I went to Pro Bike to get them. They had the tires and tubes in stock (the size is no longer standard fare) and let me know that I could call for any help needed. As I was getting the rims ready for the new tires, I noticed a couple spokes loose. I called and asked about getting the wheels trued and tightened. It took less than 2 days and cost only $10. I'll be going back for any other needs (like when I get my wife's bike ready to ride!)
