The stainless steel Bicycle Tenders on Port Macquarie streets remind me of a large Ring Pull Tin Opener!

There are several around the Clarence Street area of 'downtown' Port Macquarie.
They would only useful for locking up two bikes, so the Port Macquarie Hastings Council mustn't be expecting too many cycling enthusiasts to be coming shopping.
The Tender is made of 50 mm diameter stainless steel tubing, formed into a circle, and then welded onto a stainless steel plate and base that is bolted onto the Pebblecrete footpath. There is a 'LASER' cut depiction of a bicycle on the plate, to highlight the intended usage.
