Anstelle des heutigen Gebäudes stand seit mindestens 1572 ein Wohnhaus. Der Apotheker Leopold Spora ließ 1899 anstelle des alten Gebäudes sein neues Wohnhaus errichten. Das villenartige Haus verfügt über eine an den romantischen Historismus angelehnte Backsteinfassade.

Instead of today's building stood a residential house since at least 1572. In 1899, the pharmacist Leopold Spora had his new house built instead of the old building. The villa-like house has a brick facade, which is based on romantic historicism.
