This metal marker is located at the southeast entrance to the north portion Civic Center Park. The park has several markers that commemorate each of the State Governors that lived in Olathe. There is also a fountain with a reflecting pool, two sculptures, and a couple covered benches. The marker, I believe, was placed by the City of Olathe.
