This fifteen foot tall obelisk is situated within a garden area just off the high street in the large village of Edzell in the county of Angus, Scotland.
The obelisk is of grey granite with leaded lettering. Twenty four names are commemorated from World War I, and six from World War II.
It was awarded the best kept war memorial in the small community section in 2004.
It can be found on the west side of the B966 road that runs through the village at the junction with Dunlappie Road.
