Come one out and see how we created a community park and transformed a 28 year old building into one of the greenest in the country!
TD Green Energy Park was opened in 2011 and celebrates an investment in the local community. The green space behind our branch developed into a permanent community park and is connected to the branch through the electricity it generates. The park features:
Local, adaptive, and drought resistant plants
A community gathering place
Electric car chargers
Solar panels that produce energy to power the branch
Educational elements to highlight the features of the park and promote awareness of sustainable practices
The Doors Open event will provide visitors to receive a guide tour of the park and learn about its development and impact.
