Inside of Burnett Bayland Park (Houston Parks Dept.) off Chimney Rock and Gulfton. This skatepark opened in 2017 and is in very good condition.

Skateboarding was something I always wanted to do when I was younger. Unfortunately, I never got around to it.
This skatepark is quite nice from what I can tell. The Sunday that I visited there were only a few people there.
Since I dont know the correct lingo for a skate park, please feel free to take a look at the photos.
