922-932 Broadway, 1912, architect - Smith, Rea & Lovitt, builder -George L. Brown & Son. This four-story buff brick building is in excellent condition. Some Chicago sash windows have been replaced with glass bricks.

Part of the SOHO West loft development, the four story Opera House building was built in 1912 and renovated in 2000. The building was originally the Rothenberg & Schloss Cigar Company.

It now houses 44 studio, one and two bedroom lofts for rent. A variety of elegant floor plans featuring high concrete ceilings and oversized living spaces.
