This depot has been beautifully restored and currently houses a small coffeehouse and restaurant.

The Rock Island depot is located at E. Otoe and S. 3rd Streets and has Santa Fe style architecture. The building has been completely restored and is beautiful. It is painted in two-tone Rose, with the bricks below the belt course painted darker than the stucco above. The trim is white and the exposed eave supports are black.

The windows are fixed with arched tops and the pedestrian doors have arched fanlights. The depot is currently occupied by Sacred Grounds Coffeehouse and restaurant. The restaurant is open Mon-Fri from 6am to 3pm.
