EN: This outdoor altar is located on a footpath to Birgisch, west of Naters. It is covered with slate slabs and has a cross on the roof. The niche has a glass window. Inside there are candles, flowers and a painting with the head of John the Baptist. In the gable is a small metal plate with the inscription: "2002 "St. Johannsch Heut" Head of St. John the Baptist".
DE: Dieses Bildhäuschen befindet sich an einem Fussweg nach Birgisch etwas westlich von Naters. Es ist mit Schieferplatten gedeckt und hat ein Kreuz auf dem Dach. Die Nische hat ein Glasfenster. Darin befinden sich Kerzen, Blumen und ein Gemälde mit dem Kopf Johannes des Täufers. Im Giebel ist eine kleine Metallplatte angebracht mit der Beschriftung: "2002 "St. Johannsch Heut" Haupt des hl. Johannes d. Täufers".
