Ordering is cafeteria style. You'll order your meat and then go down the line to pick out your sides, drink, and dessert. Sandwiches, plates, and by-the-pound are your options, and they include brisket (chopped and sliced), turkey, ribs, ham, and sausage (smoked, including hot links). As this is the "Home of the Hickory Club", that's a sandwich on a nice bun made up of sausage, ham and sliced brisket.
Those who want a "pig out" option can simply order as much food as they like, by the pound, but the three meat combo will take care of you for $12.99. Those who are dining on the cheap can order a grilled cheese sandwich for $2.25, but really? You're in a barbecue joint!
Soft drinks and the ubiquitous iced tea are available from their self-serve area. If you plan to have room after your meal, they offer cake, cobbler and pudding, and depending on the day, you might see some other goodies.
This is a nice little place, just off of the town square, and they have plenty of seating for everybody.
