Beide Flieger der britischen Luftstreitkräfte stürzten am 24.03.1940 um 02.00 Uhr nach Treffern deutscher Flak mit ihrem Bomber des Typs Vickers Wellington am Fahrener Weg in Ganderkese ab. Über den Verbleib vier weiterer Besatzungsmitglieder ist hier nichts bekannt.
Both british R.A.F. airmen crashed with their plane at Fahrener Weg in Ganderkese, Niedersachsen, Germany on 24th of March 1940 - 2 a.am. after been hit by german Flak. There is nothing known about the other four airmen, who were on board, too.
