This is one of Pittsburgh's newer malls, adjacent to Robinson Town Centre (home to another Starbucks). Grab a Cafe Americano and enjoy your shopping.

The service here is a bit less friendly and more like a fast food place. It must be the mall atmosphere. The lines are often long, depending on the time of day and whether it's a peak shopping season. Once you get your drink, the environment is quite pleasant.
