A special designated area in the Osnabrück zoo where you can pet animals. There are two security gates into the compound. It is decorated with many small wagons which resemble a "city". There is a goat barber, a goat school and a goat hoevsmith for example. There are other animals in the compound, but if many children are there, usually all the bunnies and sheep are hidden and only the goats are out to be petted.
At the entrance there is a machine where you can buy food pellets to feed the goats too. If they are annoyed they can go to a back area where no humans can go, so all the animals that are in the main area are okay to be looked at an be touched.
