From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 5.4 miles to the intersection with Green Ridge Road. Turn right, then bear right onto Indian Ford Road, FR1102. Proceed 4.0 miles and turn left onto FR2050. Continue about 0.4 miles, bear left onto FR2052 and continue about 3.2 miles. Turn right onto FR2052-800, continue 0.5 miles to where the road is blocked and park. Hike NE on the abandoned road for about 0.6 miles to the E-edge of S32 T13S R10E. The quarter corner is S, about 1550' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on steel pipe; rising 7" in a mound of stones
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?: There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on an orange Carsonite post which bears S, 26" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes and the usual complement of metal signs.
What property is this mark defining?: Deschutes National Forest land W from the corner, else Ponderosa Land & Cattle LLC property
