The Waggoner Covered Bridge was built in 1889 by builder Joseph D. Lightner. The bridge is 85 feet in length by 15 feet in width.
The bridge, which crosses Bixler's Run, is in poor condition, and is privately owned. The bridge is closed to foot traffic only, and has been bypassed by a new concrete bridge.
This bridge is also known as: Wagner's Mill, Thompson, Roddy's Mill Covered Bridge.
