This plaque honoring a respected member of the Edmond community, is located in the Broadway median, south of the Broadway/33rd intersection. Please be very careful when accessing the marker.
A second marker, on the stretch of road honoring Mr. Whelan, is located several miles south, at Broadway and Britton. This respected man died at the young age of 33, but was so respected and left a lasting impression on the citizens of this town.
