1524 wurde an dieser Stelle erstmals ein Bad erwähnt. 1913/14 wurde es nach Plänen von Fritz Konzert als Volksbad neu errichtet, seit 1966 dient das Gebäude als Stadtarchiv. Das Eckhaus weist Heimatstilelemente auf, die Fassade ist durch Erker, Balkone und einen Portalrisalit gegliedert.

In 1524 a bath was mentioned for the first time at this location. In 1913/14 it was rebuilt as a public bath according to the plans of Fritz Konzert. Since 1966 the building serves as the city archive and city museum.
