Winsome Real Estate has just over half of the ground floor of this Dated Building, with their entry being recessed, with a slightly ramped and tiled entry to the sliding glass door. Next door is the business, Kempsey Corporate Workwear - tho, looking through the display window, it looks like they stock more of the hi-viz workwear of construction workers.
There is a broad awning over the footpath, which is stayed back to the upper floor by six steel rods. There are three, multi-panel, sash-hung windows, each with a very slight arch above it.
Sitting high above, is a balustraded facade, with a central rectangular rendered brick section, with "1934" on it.
