Cet ancien moulin nécessita pour sa transformation en laiterie de l'aménagement de quais de déchargement pour permettre aux nombreux éleveurs bovins de la région de décharger quotidiennement leur lait.

This former mill necessitated the development of unloading docks for dairy processing in order to allow the many cattle farmers in the region to discharge their milk daily.
