The cemetery is well fenced but completely overgrown. You can access it via a gate at the rear of the church. It contains memorials dating from 1859 to 1983. Running Stream is a locality on the Castlereagh Highway & comprises the church, a cafe, fire station & a few residences. There is no sign for the cemetery.
