Pomník je umísten v zatácce frekventované silnice Kralupská, nedaleko bývalého hostince "U Cerného Vola". V malém ohrazeném parcíku je umístena sestava žulových kvádru, z nichž spodní uvádí seznam šesti padlých v kvetnových bojích roku 1945. Další tri kvádry umístené nad ním na výšku mají symbolizovat Svatou Trojici. Vpravo od žulové sestavy je umísten betonový pomník s vybledlou rudou peticípou hvezdou a nápisem 1945.

The monument is located at the busy Kralupská road turn, near the former pub "U Cerného Vola" (Black Ox). In a small fenced park there is a set of granite blocks, of which the lower one lists the six fallen in the May 1945 battles. The other three blocks placed over it in height are meant to symbolize the Holy Trinity. To the right of the granite assembly is a concrete monument with faded red five-pointed star and 1945 inscription.
