The Harbor area along Lake Ray Hubbard opened in 2005. The lighthouse is on the docks where you can take cruises of the lake.

Unable to get a response from the Rockwall Parks Department, who is in charge of this area along the lake as to the size of the lighthouse and if visitors are allowed to climb it. There are pictures of it on the internet at night and it does have a light.
