In the Czech Republic there are several groups of historical fencing. These groups organize exhibition of medieval life and recall various historical events including reconstruction battles.

The siege of the Olbramovice fortress is one of such annual events.

V Ceské republice existuje rada skupin historického šermu. Tyto skupiny porádají ukázky dobového života a pripomínají i ruzné historické události vcetne rekonstrukcí bitev.

Tyto ukázky doplnuje bohatý doprovodný program (remeslné tržište, rytírské souboje, výklad a ukázka použití tehdejších zbraní, dobové tance a stredoveká hudba, apod.).
Jednou z takových pravidelných události je i bitva u Olbramovic. Nejde o rekonstrukci skutecné bitvy, ale každorocne priláká své príznivce.
