This is a one-story tan brick building which was constructed in 1939 by the WPA as an addition to a school. It is located at 109 W. Anderson Avenue. The building has a flat roof, and a recessed entrance that faces north. The larger window openings have been partially infilled at the top with wood boards, leaving two smaller windows and a fixed pane in each opening. The building now sits adjacent to a metal fire department building.
