Der Grand Tower (ehemals Tower 2) ist ein im Bau befindliches Hochhaus im Europaviertel in Frankfurt am Main. Mit 172 Metern Höhe wird es bei Fertigstellung im Jahr 2019 Deutschlands höchstes Wohnhochhaus sein. Der Turm befindet sich neben dem Einkaufszentrum Skyline-Plaza.
Bei Fertigstellung sollen die 47 Geschosse des Grand Tower Platz für 401 Eigentumswohnungen bieten.
Der Grand Tower gilt als erstes Wohnhochhaus Deutschlands, das global vermarktet wurde, wobei vor allem der asiatische, arabische und nordamerikanische Markt in den Fokus genommen wurden.
The Grand Tower (formerly Tower 2) is a high-rise building under construction in the Europaviertel in Frankfurt am Main. At 172 meters high, it will be Germany's tallest high-rise residential building when completed in 2019. The tower is next to the Skyline Plaza shopping mall.
When completed, the 47 floors of the Grand Tower will accommodate 401 condos.
The Grand Tower is the first residential tower in Germany to be marketed globally, focusing on the Asian, Arab and North American markets.
