The Cushing Community Theater is located at 105-107 E. Broadway in a two-story brick building. The theater group organized in 1991 as part of Cushing's Centennial celebration. They were able to purchase this building, and put on their first production in 1998.

This is a dinner theater, which usually puts on a play in November and March, with a musical in June. Occasionally, a one or two-night concert will be held here, as well as acting workshops for children and adults. This schedule varies though, as during our visit, "Steel Magnolias" was playing July 13-15 and July 20-22. Tickets were $15 for adults, and $10 for 18/under.
