SIE schließt (noch) alle afrikanischen Singleclubs ein. Die Gründung einer eigenen Föderation ist jedoch bereits geplant.
Alle Föderationen sind unterteilt in Unionen (mehr als 7 Clubs/Staat) bzw. in Singleclubs (weniger als 7 Clubs/Staat)
Alle Clubs unterliegen dem Vereinsgesetz ihres jeweiligen Heimatlandes."
