This seems to be a moulded concrete formed surround and a central, single-tiered sculpture of 'Pan' playing a horn. WHile the top od the 'rams horn' would be just over two metres high, the base surrounding the fountain is only about 35 cm high, and shaped with eight sides. The point of each obtuse angle has a lions head, and each secone one supports an orb. Wrought iron bars support the tier holding the sculpture. The fountain is surround by brown tiled paving, and there are four stone benches around it for seating.
